1.Hardware Requirements for DB Tier: 

RAM:6GB

Hard Disk:150GB

Processor :I3

temp space:16 GB
2.Hardware Requirements for Application Tier: 

RAM:8GB

Hard Disk:150GB

Processor :I3

temp space:12 GB 

 3. Hardware Requirements for Client System: 

RAM:4GB or higher

Hard Disk:60 GB(Minimum)

Processor:Dual core (or) higher





Software Requirements for DB Tier: 

1.Operating system:Oracle Enterprise Linux 6.5 (or latest) mine is OEL 6.5

2.Oracle Database:12.1.0.1(12C) Enterprise Edition x86_64 bit.

3. Compiler For Oracle Linux x86-64: GNU GCC-4.4.6


1.Optional Software SAS 9.3—Note that if you install the Oracle Clinical database tier on Windows, you must install SAS on Windows.

2.Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) on Sun, HP, and Linux, including Exadata
Oracle Virtual Machine (OVM) 3.2

3.Pro*C/C++ Release 12.1.0.1

4.Visual C++ in Microsoft Visual Studio 2010—Optional.
